This policy explains what personal information Metaphysic Mystic (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit our website, buy our products, join our community, or subscribe to our emails, and what we do with it. Questions? Write to admin@metaphysicmystic.org.

 

What we collect

• Account and order details: your name, email address, billing details, and your purchase and download history when you buy from us or create an account.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
• Community content: anything you post or share inside our members’ community, and your profile details.
• Email subscription details: your name, email address, and how and when you subscribed, along with basic engagement data such as whether an email was opened or clicked.
• Messages and forms: anything you send us through a form or by email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, collected by our security and hosting systems to keep the site working and protected.
• Comments: if comments are enabled, the name, email address, and comment you submit, plus your IP address and browser details for spam detection.

 

How we use it

We use your information to deliver what you purchased, give you access to your account and downloads, run the community, send receipts and service emails, send our newsletter if you subscribed, protect the site against spam and fraud, keep the records the law requires, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

 

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the site, and only as needed for them to do their job:

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Brevo: sending our emails (receipts, account emails, and newsletters).
• Cloudflare: content delivery, firewall protection, and Turnstile spam protection on our forms.
• Hetzner: the servers that host this website.
• Google Drive: where we store encrypted-in-transit backups of the site.
• Our email provider: hosts our business mailbox, where emails you send us are stored.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

 

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum and do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

• Login and account cookies: set when you log in so we know who you are. They last about two days, or about two weeks if you choose “Remember Me”, and are removed when you log out.
• Cart and checkout cookies: keep your cart and checkout working.
• Security cookies: Cloudflare Turnstile and our firewall may set cookies to tell people from bots.
• Cookie preferences: a cookie remembers your choice on our cookie banner.
• Comment cookies: if you leave a comment you may choose to save your name and email in cookies for a year.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site (such as logging in or checking out) may stop working.

 

Embedded content

Pages on this site may include content from other websites, such as videos. These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with that content, as if you had visited them directly.

 

How long we keep your data

• Order and payment records: for a minimum of 7 years, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
• Account and community data: for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time, except for records we are required to keep.
• Email subscription data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
• Comments: kept until deleted, so follow-up comments can be recognized.
• Backups: deleted copies may remain in backups for a limited time before they are overwritten.

 

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email. To make a request, write to admin@metaphysicmystic.org. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain.

 

Where your data is stored

Our servers are hosted by Hetzner, and some of our service providers (such as Stripe, Brevo, Cloudflare, and Google) process data in other countries. We choose providers with established privacy and security practices.

 

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a firewall. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at children, though children are welcome to read the content with a parent or guardian. Accounts, purchases, and community membership are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if you believe a child has given us any, write to admin@metaphysicmystic.org and we will delete it.

 

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
